Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were absolutely filthy with disarray and poor quality features, but the two rooms king suite was spacious and comfortable. The service from the night manager and front desk clerk was warm and welcoming, although there was an issue with not accommodating my needs. The location was great for my specific need to get to the hospital early, but the overall area was not well-maintained. However, the dining experience, with a below-expectation breakfast, left much to be desired.
The hotel rooms were very spacious with a king-size bed, but unfortunately, they were absolutely filthy with hair on the pillows, thick dust in every corner, and an unwiped headboard. The toilet seat was also not clean. The service was a mix of unfriendliness when dealing with reservations but helpful when providing directions and assistance. The location was excellent but needed better upkeep. The dining experience was acceptable but could have offered a wider variety of options. Facilities were up to standard but lacking in maintenance.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a great view of the mouth of Provo Canyon and surrounding mountains with the snow caps, but they didn't look as nice as the photos. Although clean and very nicely appointed, the redone decor seemed shoddy with cheap fixtures and paint. The beds, however, were very comfortable.
